Growing up in Edgartown, Alex developed a strong foundation in construction by working alongside his father from an early age. He later founded and operated his own landscaping company, further expanding his experience in residential property development and project management.

Over the years, Alex successfully built several homes, pool houses, and completed numerous renovations, including overseeing pool installations. During the pandemic, he officially obtained his contractors license and founded Alex Morrison Construction with his wife, Maggie.
